We are looking for a caring and organized individual to join our team full time and be the first smiling contact for patients and doctors who reach out to our office. Experience is a plus (salary calculated based on experience). Candidates MUST be able to: - answer phone calls, triage new appointments, schedule patients accurately - be familiar with dental insurance plans and calculating dental reimbursements - present treatment plans to patients - handle billing and accounts receivable - be able to multitask and stay organized Training for our office dental software programs will be provided on the job as well as any needed HIPPA or OSHA training.
