EVERY LITTLE TOOTH’S PERFECT CANDIDATE: -Previous front desk dental experience -Friendly, compassionate, and fun -Detail oriented and can multitask -Loves teamwork -Punctual and reliable -Prioritizes respect for all team members, patients, and their families SKILLS: Phone call answering and communication, customer service DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES may include (but not limited to): Have fun, market and promote Every Little Tooth, answer incoming calls, greet patients, check patients in and out, correspond with referring providers, gather new patient information, verify patients’ insurance benefits, schedule patient appointments, present treatment plans, create and review financial agreements with patients, collect payment, submit claims, manage accounts receivable, work with team to clean and maintain office spaces and bathrooms Apply Now.
