Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. Duties Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics procedures. Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other oral surgeries with precision and care. Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, diagnosing dental conditions, and developing tailored treatment plans. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment. Use advanced dental imaging technology and medical documentation tools such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to record patient data accurately. Collaborate with the dental team in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient medical records and sensitive information. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Stay current with industry standards by participating in ongoing training related to endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and other specialties. Qualifications Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental fabrication, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Familiarity with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, infection control standards, and HIPAA compliance. Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with excellent patient care skills. Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently. Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles for treating young patients effectively. Excellent communication skills to explain treatment options clearly and compassionately.
