Our modern dental practice is celebrating one successful full time year in business, and we’re excited about the growth ahead and are looking to onboard an additional full time dental assistant to join our team. Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for patient care. We are currently open Monday-Thursday Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Take dental X-rays (X-ray certified a must) Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Maintain accurate patient records and update medical history Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Perform infection control and OSHA compliance tasks Requirements Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental practice. Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and general dentistry practices. Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
