Clinical Responsibilities Prepare patients for dental procedures Assist the dentist during treatments including fillings, cleanings, root canals, extractions, crown and bridge, and implants Sterilize and disinfect instruments and set up procedure trays Collect and document medical and dental histories Ensure clinical areas remain clean, organized, and compliant Administrative & Patient Support Responsibilities Assist with patient check-in and check-out as needed Support appointment scheduling and confirmations Communicate treatment plans and next steps clearly to patients Collect payments and assist with basic billing or insurance-related questions Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Help manage office flow to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience This role requires flexibility and a team-first mindset.
