Full-Time Associate Dentist Opportunity â Mundelein, IL We are seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Dentist to join our established private practice in Mundelein, Illinois. This is a fee-for-service practice with a strong emphasis on comprehensive, patient-centered care. This position is available due to the departure of a long-term associate and will involve taking over an existing patient base. The outgoing dentist produced approximately $1 million annually while working a 32-hour clinical schedule, indicating a busy, well-established practice with strong growth potential. Practice Overview Fee-for-service model (no insurance write-offs) Focus on comprehensive general dentistry Modern, well-equipped office including: CBCT imaging, Intraoral scanner and SprintRay 3D printer Capable of providing advanced procedures such as implants, endodontics, and orthodontics (experience in these areas is a plus but not required) Ideal Candidate 5+ years of clinical experience preferred Commitment to high-quality care and ethical treatment planning Comfortable working independently and managing a full schedule Interest in expanding clinical skill set is welcomed Compensation & Structure Independent contractor (1099) 28% of gross production 50% of laboratory fees Fee-for-service environment with strong earning potential Please include your past two years of production history along with your CV This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking long-term stability, autonomy, and the ability to grow within a thriving private practice.
