This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our offices. You will help ensure patient satisfaction while contributing to the company’s growth by managing appointments, answering inquiries, and handling administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all common and office areas Review daily patient schedules and identify opportunities to improve productivity Schedule and reschedule appointments, preparing necessary paperwork Greet patients warmly and take temperature screenings professionally Verify and enter patient information accurately Check out patients, explain costs, and guide them through next steps Answer incoming calls and address general patient questions Ensure accurate invoicing and timely submission of insurance claims What We’re Looking For: Strong passion for serving both internal teams and patients Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Energetic, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks with urgency Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Well organized with strong attention to detail Good judgment and professionalism Proficient computer skills (required) Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (required) Dental or healthcare experience (preferred) What We Offer: Supportive and positive work environment Competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off If you’re interested, please send your resume along with salary expectations to us.
