Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – For a Growing Private Dental Practice You’re joining a private general dental practice that’s growing and focused on patient care. We are currently hiring for experienced Registered Dental Assistant who enjoys chairside work, stays organized, and likes being part of a team where everyone matters. This role is hands-on. You’ll assist clinically, support patient flow, and help keep the day running smoothly. If you like variety and don’t want to feel like a number, this is a good fit. What you’ll do Assist the dentist during general dentistry procedures, including restorative, prosthodontic, and endodontic care Set up and break down operatories using proper infection control protocols Take dental X-rays and 3D imaging, including CBCT, with accurate documentation Update medical histories, vitals, and notes in the dental software Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op instructions Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical space Help with front-office tasks when needed, including scheduling and patient flow Follow HIPAA guidelines and office systems consistently What we’re looking for Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification Prior experience in a general dental practice Radiography certification required Comfortable with dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar) Strong chairside skills and dental terminology Reliable, team-oriented, and patient-focused Why this role works Small team with direct communication Steady schedule and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with the practice Competitive pay and benefits based on experience If you want a long-term role in a practice that values your skills and work ethic, we’d like to hear from you.
