Dental Assistant - Pediatric Office - Just For Kids Dental Waxahachie - Waxahachie, TX

We are seeking a registered dental assistant (RDA) for our busy Waxahachie Pediatric Dental office. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, highly organized, extremely patient and love working with kids. Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced high energy environment. Must have previous dental experience and either hold a nitrous oxide certification or must be willing to obtain certification in the near future. Will be asked to obtain credentials for assisting in a hospital setting and travel on occasion to assist in the OR. Pediatric dental experience and bilingual strongly preferred. Dentrix software experience is a plus. Hours: Monday-Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-2. Responsibilities will include: assisting with hygiene patients, assisting with treatment, obtaining patient vitals, reviewing medical documentation, clinic infection control procedures, cleaning and sterilization of instruments, tray setup and materials, assisting with front desk duties as needed, maintaining all credentials and licenses.
