You will work closely with Dr. Eberle and team to deliver exceptional care, provide first-impressions, manage complex adjustments, and educate patients on their smile journey. The right candidate must be motivated, organized, possess excellent verbal and communication skills and be extremely people oriented. The ideal candidate would have experience with Invisalign, braces, and digital scanning and find it a JOY to truly serve others from the heart! Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in an orthodontic setting. Peaceful, calm demeanor with focused attention to detail and ability to multitask. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital scanning, dental imaging software, and modern orthodontic systems. Strong computer skills and quick-learner, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Healthy organizational and task management skills. Team Focus: Punctual, dedicated, loyal and hard-working team player. Self-starter able to move work and projects forward while prioritizing tasks. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to both comfort and encourage patients of all ages. Candidates must be enthusiastic, professional, great with people, and have an always positive attitude. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and maintain manual dexterity for handling wires and instruments. Clinical Responsibilities Be the best part of our patientsâ day by caring from the heart with the FRIENDLIEST ORTHODONTIC TEAM IN TOWN! Provide a memorable and fun experience with new patients and patients at the end of their orthodontic journey Provide full clinical support with Dr. Eberle for patients in active Invisalign or braces, providing first-class clinical patient care Intraoral digital scanning, digital photography and radiographs Orthodontic instrument sterilization and infection control Provide oral hygiene, appliance and retainer instructions to patients and parents Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed for various appointments Managing a chair/column - seating patients, assisting with turnover of clinic units, and scheduling patients for return visits Maintain precise and accurate communication within patient record Eberle Orthodontics Team Responsibilities Actively participating in morning huddles and monthly team meetings Assist with ordering supplies Help manage our retainer delivery system Schedule patient appointments and assist with customer service on the phones when needed Attend out-of-office marketing events (ie. schools and fairs) and participate on internal and external marketing campaigns.
