Duties Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare and maintain the dental operatory, ensuring all instruments are sterilized and ready for use. Provide support to patients and their families, ensuring a comfortable experience during their visit. Utilize aseptic techniques to prevent infection and maintain a clean working environment. Document patient information accurately, including medical coding and treatment notes. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care as needed. Manage patient records and assist with scheduling appointments efficiently. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental clinic is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and infection control protocols. Proficient in using dental systems and equipment effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with patients of all ages. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
