Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with the ability to perform a variety of dental procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments for patients. Perform general dentistry procedures including dental extractions, and prosthodontics. Provide pediatric dental care and ensure a comfortable experience for young patients. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with health standards. Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft and Open Dental for patient management and record keeping. Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care. Skills Proficient in general dentistry practices with experience in dental extractions, Implants preferred, but not required. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry techniques and approaches. Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and medical documentation standards. Bilingual English/Korean is required. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
