This position is between two offices in Leonardtown and Lusby. You MUST have at least 2 year of DENTAL office experience. Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Schedule appointments and maintain patient records. Collect payments accurately. Provide customer service to patients, families, and visitors. Dental insurance verification. Treatment plan presentation. Schedule management. Ensure the accuracy of patient information in the computer system. Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
