Experienced Dental Assistant – General Dentistry Overview: Our established general dentistry practice is seeking a highly skilled, experienced Dental Assistant who can confidently step into a productive clinical environment and contribute immediately. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a strong, independent assistant who is proficient in 4-handed dentistry, fabricates excellent temporary crowns, is experienced in teeth whitening procedures, comfortable with intra-oral scanning, and experienced with Invisalign cases. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced 4-handed chairside assistance during a wide range of general dental procedures Fabricate well-fitting, esthetic temporary crowns independently Assist with Invisalign cases, including attachments, scans, and patient instructions Perform and assist with professional teeth whitening treatments Perform intra-oral scanning accurately and efficiently Take high-quality digital X-rays Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards Ensure a seamless, comfortable patient experience Keep treatment rooms organized and procedure-ready Required Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience in general dentistry Strong proficiency in 4-handed dentistry Proven experience making high-quality temporary crowns Invisalign experience required Teeth whitening experience required Experience with intra-oral scanning technology Comfortable using digital X-ray systems X-ray certification (required) Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) strongly preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional demeanor and strong communication skills What We Value: Initiative and strong work ethic Efficiency without sacrificing quality Attention to detail Team-oriented mindset Reliability and professionalism We are seeking a confident assistant who does not require micromanagement and takes pride in delivering high-quality clinical support.
