Greet patients warmly and handle all front desk duties with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule patient appointments accurately using dental practice management software such as OMSVision or OpenDental Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and manage billing through systems like Vyne or Dentalxchange Maintain meticulous medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and data security Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide excellent patient service Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, including intake forms, care plans, and medical histories Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing electronic health records (EHR) systems Previous experience in a dental or medical office environment is highly preferred Proficiency in dental terminology, dental coding (CDT), and insurance verification processes Strong computer skills with familiarity in practice management software such as Opendental, Dentrix or Eaglesoft Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and health information management standards Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, typing, and office organization Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to providing top-tier dental care while advancing your administrative expertise in a vibrant healthcare environment.
