About us PEARLFECTION DENTISTRY is a leading provider of dental services in Frederick and Urbana Maryland. We have 2 offices and 16 doctors. We have all specialists under one roof. We have approximately 6 hygienists and a team of about 50 employees. We have maintained a 5 star average over 11 years. Flexible Days. Salary plus bonus. How much time do I get per patient? Our hygienists get 1 hour for adult prophy, 1.5 hour for 2 quads of SRP, 1.5 hours for new patients. Pay? Quarterly bonuses paid to most hygienists plus base salary. Who owns the practice? Practice is privately owned by Dr Stringer who work side by side with the entire team. How many employees work at PearlFection? 6 existing hygienists work at PearlFection and 16 doctors but its a family and not big corporate dentistry.
