Associate General Dentist â Family Dentistry Location: Baltimore, MD Position Type: Full-Time (4 days/week) Part-Time (3 days/week) Practice Type: General / Family Dentistry Work Setting: In-person Position Overview We are seeking an Associate General Dentist who enjoys treating patients from early childhood through adulthood and wants to grow clinically in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. This role is ideal for a dentist who values quality of life, clinical excellence, and long-term growth over volume or pressure. Youâll be practicing comprehensive family dentistry in a community-focused office with a strong pediatric presence and the opportunity to steadily expand your clinical skill set. This is not a production at all costs role. This is a place to learn well, practice thoughtfully, and build a meaningful career.
