Who We Are A team-oriented practice where everyone supports one another Professional, respectful, and organized Passionate about prevention, education, and high-quality care Patient-focused, not production-driven Proud of our long-standing reputation and excited about the future Schedule Full days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Plus either: Afternoons or one Saturday per month Part-time with consistency and flexibility Your Role on the Team Deliver thorough, high-quality preventive care (scaling, polishing, fluoride) Build trusting relationships with patients through education and communication Review medical histories, vitals, and oral health to guide care Take and interpret X-rays following best practices and infection control standards Document care accurately using Dentrix or Eaglesoft Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient visits Contribute to a calm, welcoming, and professional patient experience Who Weâre Looking For A licensed Massachusetts Dental Hygienist Someone who thrives in a team-based environment Professional, reliable, and patient-focused Strong communicator with a warm chairside manner Comfortable with EMR systems (Dentrix or Eaglesoft preferred) Passionate about oral health, prevention, and continuous improvement Benefits Health insurance 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off Supportive leadership and a practice that values growthâfor the team and the patients If youâre looking for an office where teamwork matters, professionalism is the standard, and patients truly come first, weâd love to meet you.
