Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Groton, MA

Key Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, periodontal treatments, and preventative care procedures in a gentle and thorough manner Assess and chart a patient's periodontal health and collaborate with the Doctors on recommended treatment. Obtain dental radiographs, intraoral photos, and intraoral iTero scans to be used in diagnosis and patient education. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, overall dental health, and recommended treatments. Review patientâs medical history and update clinical records. Work closely with our dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment. Assist with sterilization of dental instruments, and be willing to be a team player with various intra-office tasks. Stay current with new techniques, technology, and best practices in dental hygiene. This position is either for a 3 or 4 day workweek, providing you with an excellent work-life balance. 4-day week hours for this position are as follows: Monday 8-5, Tuesday 8-4, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 8-4 The 3-day work-week would be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
