Experience/Training Points Learn to prepare and sterilize dental instruments using aseptic techniques, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations Learn to assist dentists during various procedures including endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry with chairside support Learn to manage patient flow by taking vital signs, recording medical history, and updating medical records accurately in EMR systems such as Curve Hero or Dentrix Learn to operate dental imaging equipment including X-ray machines and 3D scanners to capture high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment planning Learn how to maintain a clean, organized sterilization area and dental operatory to uphold safety standards and efficient workflow Ensure proper documentation of medical coding, dental terminology, and clinical notes within electronic health records (Epic or similar systems) Experience Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is welcomed, but not required!
