Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality patient care, building long-term patient relationships, and working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative team. This role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry in a supportive, patient-focused environment. (Dental Hygienist will do all cleaning and SRP's so Dentist can focus on major treatment)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning

• Provide general dental services including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures

• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

• Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and infection control standards

• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to ensure an excellent patient experience

Qualifications & Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Active state dental license in good standing

• Strong clinical skills with a focus on quality and patient comfort

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

• Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in general dentistry (new graduates welcome)

• Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records (Open Dental)

• Interest in expanding clinical skills (e.g., cosmetic dentistry, implants, Invisalign, etc.)
