Youâll play a vital role in both clinical support and patient care , helping our dentist deliver best-in-class dentistry to amazing patients. Responsibilities Welcome and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring comfort at all times Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry Set up and break down operatories Select, prepare, and maintain dental instruments and materials Sterilize instruments according to OSHA and infection control regulations Perform lab tasks as instructed Monitor, order, and restock dental supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment room Schedule appointments and assist with basic administrative tasks Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant Valid Radiography Certification and CPR Certification High school diploma required; graduation from a dental assisting program preferred Strong knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques Understanding of health, safety, and infection control regulations Comfortable with computers and dental software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Team player with a bubbly, positive personality and great chairside manner Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour Benefits: Professional development assistance Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: EFDA Certification (Preferred) X-Ray Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
