Busy, well-established periodontal/implant practice in Murfreesboro is hiring an experienced Treatment Consultant / Case Coordinator to work directly with our periodontists and guide patients from consult to scheduled treatment. This is an administrative treatment coordination role — not front desk and not a dental assistant position. Key Duties Sit in on doctor consultations and help patients understand recommended care Drive case acceptance through clear follow-up and next-step coordination Coordinate implant/perio cases from consult through treatment scheduling Communicate with referring dental offices (updates, letters, follow-through) Requirements 2+ years as a dental treatment coordinator / case coordinator Implant experience required (able to explain steps simply to patients) Strong communication, organization, and reliability Dental assisting background a plus (not required) Must live within 30 minutes of Murfreesboro Full-time Tuesday–Friday (36 hrs/week) Pay & Benefits $22–$26/hr DOE, 401(k) match, Paid time off Dental office experience required.
