Qualifications of the Right Person: Orthodontic office Experience Required Registered Dental Assistant with current Texas RDA and x-ray certification. Familiarity with Clear Aligner Therapy (Invisalign, Spark), self-ligating braces, and Dolphin Managment software is a plus. We’re happy to train the right candidate on the "AO Way"! Key Responsibilities: Arrive on time and be prepared for a smooth start each day. Engage with patients warmly and provide exceptional care. Assist the doctor with patient procedures, ensuring all needs are met. Deliver care independently based on the orthodontist's directions while maintaining precision. Communicate treatment progress confidently to parents and answer their questions. Offer thorough patient education on oral hygiene, treatment progress, and treatment plans. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely patient flow. Assist with sterilization and room prep throughout the day.
