Kind Honest Fast-Paced Endodontic Specialty Our Endodontic specialty practice is seeking a dedicated, proactive, highly organized professional to join our team in a growth-oriented capacity. We are looking for a long-term team member who is eager to master the complexities of both the administrative and clinical facets of an Endodontic specialty office. No prior cross-training is required. We prioritize character, a sharp intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn. The Vision for This Role This is a "Growth-Path" position. You will begin your journey as our Administrative Patient Care Advocate , learning the nuances of patient coordination, scheduling, and billing. As you become a pillar of our front-office operations, your role will expand to include Clinical Integration forming a hybrid role. You will be trained to provide expert chairside assistance, ensuring a seamless experience for the patient from their initial call to their clinical treatment. Your eventual balance will be approximately 70% Administrative and 30% Clinical , building skills and flexibility on the team. Core Responsibilities Phase 1: The Patient Coordinator (Administrative Focus) The Voice of the Practice: Answer phones with empathy, acting as a guide and advocate for patients who are often in pain or anxious. The Logistics: Manage scheduling with precision and handle financial discussions and collections with clarity and kindness. The Tech Navigator: Utilize practice management software, imaging software and emails to keep our digital office running smoothly (Windows and email proficiency heavily recommended). Phase 2: The Clinical Training Expert Assistance: Assist in 4-handed endodontic dentistry, anticipating the needs of the clinician to ensure efficient and successful patient outcomes. Advanced Imaging: Master digital X-rays and taking CBCT 3D scans. Infection Control: Maintain impeccable sterilization and infection control standards to ensure the highest level of safety for our team and patients.
