Clinical Excellence (The Right Hand) Four-Handed Dentistry: Assist chairside with precision for cosmetic and surgical procedures, anticipating the needs of the dentist to ensure a smooth, stress-free workflow. Sterilization Mastery: Execute rigorous sterilization protocols and maintain a pristine clinical environment compliant with high standards. Lab & Inventory: Support laboratory tasks and manage material inventory to ensure we never run out of critical supplies. 2. Concierge Patient Care & Logistics 360° Patient Management: From warm check-ins to a seamless check-out process. You make the patient feel safe and cared for. Meticulous Documentation: Maintain impeccable clinical notes in Dentrix, ensuring every consent form and treatment plan is accurate and signed (Audit-Ready). Evaluations: Conduct thorough initial patient assessments, ensuring no detail of the patientâs history is overlooked. 3. Patient Advocacy (Growth & Revenue) Treatment Acceptance: Educate patients on their treatment plans, helping them understand the value of aesthetic or advanced treatments (Cross-Selling through Education). Coordination: Ensure the patientâs journey is cohesive, helping them navigate their financial options with empathy. What Weâre Looking For: Experience: Minimum 1 year in a dental clinical role. Software: Proficiency in Dentrix or equivalent dental software is essential. The "Detail" Factor: You notice the small thingsâa missing note, a misplaced instrument, or a patientâs slight discomfortâand act on it. Communication: Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.
