Multispecialty practice offering comprehensive care in general dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry seeking a Treatment Coordinator / Patient Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing both patient experience.

Schedule and confirm patient appointments across multiple specialties
Verify insurance benefits (PPO, HMO, and Denti-Cal) accurately and efficiently
Enter correct CDT codes and build comprehensive treatment plans
Explain and process third-party financing (CareCredit, Lending Club, Cherry) and in-house payment plans
Work closely with our Office Manager and RCM Manager
Collaborate with clinical and front desk teams to support smooth patient flow and positive experiences
Demonstrate ownership, reliability, and strong team spirit in a busy, patient-focused environment.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 - 6:30

A history of working in a corporate office is a plus.
