Regional Operations Manager

📍 Arizona | Multi-Location Dental Practice

We are a growing, multi-location dental organization in Arizona seeking an experienced Regional Operations Managerto oversee multiple offices and drive operational excellence, team development, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple dental offices

• Monitor KPIs (production, collections, case acceptance, hygiene metrics, overhead)

• Manage budgets and P&L performance

• Lead and support Office Managers and team members

• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational consistency

• Partner with doctors to optimize patient experience and growth

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of multi-site dental or healthcare operations experience

• Strong knowledge of dental practice KPIs

• Proven leadership and financial management skills

• Willingness to travel within Arizona
