The Role: What You’ll Do You aren't just assisting with procedures; you are the "Co-Captain" of the dental chair. Your mission is to ensure every patient leaves feeling like a superhero. Clinical Excellence: Provide stellar chairside assistance for exams, sealants, fillings, and extractions. The "Child Whisperer" Protocol: Use "Tell-Show-Do" techniques to ease anxiety and build trust with our mini-patients. Behind the Scenes: Handle X-rays (digital), sterilization, and room transitions with the speed and efficiency of a pit crew. Education: Empower parents and kids with the secret knowledge of great brushing and flossing habits. The "Must-Haves" Experience: At least 1 year of private practice experience (Pediatric experience is a massive plus, but we’ll train the right person with a heart for kids). Credentials: Current RDA/DA certification and X-ray license. The Vibe: A positive, "can-do" attitude. You should be able to pivot from a toddler’s tantrum to a teenager’s sarcasm without missing a beat. Reliability: Our team counts on you, and our patients do too!
