About the Role You will be the primary dental assistant, working closely with the doctor in a supportive environment with systems already in place - not being thrown into chaos. This position is a great fit for someone who: Is confident working independently Enjoys a mix of general dentistry and specialty procedures is comfortable with digital workflows - scanning (required) CAD/CAM design, mill, fire (preferred) ( Dentsply Sirona ) Likes being relied on and trusted Wants long-term stability and growth in a private practice Responsibilities Chairside assisting for general dentistry procedures including crowns, fillings, bridges, and restorative treatment Assisting with surgical and implant procedures as needed Independently capturing CBCT and panoramic images (required) Taking intraoral scans and managing digital impressions Assisting with digital and guided implant workflows (experience preferred but willingness to learn goes a long way) Setting up and breaking down operatories efficiently Maintaining sterilization, OSHA, and infection control standards Ordering and organizing clinical supplies Providing excellent patient communication and post-op instructions Requirements 2+ years of dental assisting experience positive attitude and willing to learn Ability to independently capture CBCT and pano images Experience with intraoral scanners and digital dentistry Arizona X-ray certification Comfortable serving as primary chairside assistant in a small, focused practice Organized, proactive, and dependable Strong patient care and communication skills Experience with Curve Hero dental software is helpful (but training is available) Compensation & Details $26â$30/hour, depending on experience and digital proficiency W-2 position with a 90-day introductory period Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday weekly, plus alternating Mondays and Fridays Hours: 8AM to 5PM If youâre proud of your skills, enjoy general dentistry with modern digital workflows, and want to be part of a growing practice that genuinely values its people, weâd love to meet you!
