What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of Dental Assistant experience Confident chairside assisting skills Comfortable with digital X-rays, modern equipment, and paperless systems Detail-oriented, organized, and patient-focused Positive attitude and team-first mindset Bonus (not required): comfortable being in or helping with social media content (photos, videos, behind-the-scenes moments) Your Day-to-Day: Assist the dentist during procedures using modern technology Prep and maintain sleek, organized treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols Take digital X-rays (must be certified) Help create a calm, elevated patient experience Occasionally be part of our office’s social media presence (we keep it fun!)
