This role is ideal for someone with little dental assisting experience (or a recent graduate) who wants hands-on mentorship, a supportive team, and the opportunity to build strong clinical and interpersonal skills in a boutique practice setting. Why You’ll Love Working Here Work alongside Archie, our therapy dog , who brings calm and smiles to the office Boutique, fee-for-service practice focused on quality care and relationships Small, supportive team that enjoys working together and helping one another grow 4-day work week for a healthy work–life balance Clean, modern, and well-organized work environment Loyal patient base built on trust and long-term care Family-like culture where positivity, kindness, and teamwork come first One-on-one mentorship with a doctor committed to teaching and continuing education Your Role With guidance and training, you’ll grow into a key part of our team by: Assisting the doctor chairside with restorative and cosmetic procedures Supporting the hygienist with room turnover, charting, and patient comfort Learning and maintaining sterilization and infection control protocols Sharing responsibilities with the current assistant for a balanced workflow Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photos (training provided as needed) Learning Dentrix for accurate charting and patient records Preparing and organizing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Keeping operatories clean, stocked, and orderly Assisting with next-day prep and organization Making patient follow-up calls to ensure comfort and satisfaction Helping coordinate specialty referrals and follow-ups Building strong, long-term patient relationships through warmth and professionalism Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture What We’re Looking For Certified Dental Assistant in the state of Arizona (required) X-ray certification (required) Little to no experience — ideal for new graduates or assistants early in their career Eagerness to learn, grow, and receive mentorship Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented work ethic Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor Comfortable multitasking and stepping in where needed Values relationships, teamwork, and a boutique, fee-for-service practice environment If you’re excited to grow your career in a supportive, relationship-focused practice, we’d love to meet you.
