Compensation: $60 - $75 hourly Responsibilities: Prevent tooth decay by providing a thorough dental cleaning and applying protective sealants, such as fluoride Perform preliminary dental examinations to get an overview of the patientâs oral health history for the dentist Keep detailed records of each patientâs visit and update their health history Look for signs of gum disease, infections, or cavities to ensure issues are caught early and can be treated Inform patients of all ages about how to care for their teeth by brushing and flossing on a regular basis Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of dental safety regulations and HIPAA regulations Must have at least an associateâs degree in dental hygiene; bachelorâs degree preferred Superb customer service and communication skills 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist Valid CPR certification About Company We are a group specialty practice aiming to deliver the best patient experience every day.
