Position Summary We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist who loves working with children and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is gentle, energetic, patient-focused, and committed to educating children and parents about oral health in a positive way. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and sealants for pediatric patients Take and process dental X-rays Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Assist the dentist during exams and treatments as needed Accurately document patient care and maintain up-to-date records Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines Help create a calm, fun, and reassuring environment for children Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state CPR/BLS certification Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor Ability to work well with children of all ages and their families Schedule Part-time position Mondays and Fridays only What We Offer Supportive and positive work environment Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Modern, kid-friendly dental clinic Opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives Job Type: Part-time Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Work Location: In person
