Job Overview We are a modern, state-of-the-art private dental practice offering comprehensive dental care and aesthetic treatments. Our team is dedicated to compassionate, high-quality patient care, and we are seeking a bilingual Dental Front Desk professional who is confident, organized, and motivated to support both patient satisfaction and practice growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, understands the importance of follow-up and communication, and is comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to support scheduling and follow-up Schedule appointments efficiently while helping maintain a productive daily schedule Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage clearly to patients Present treatment plans and financial options to patients Submit and follow up on insurance claims and outstanding balances Post patient and insurance payments and assist with accounts receivable Reach out to unscheduled patients via phone, text, or email to fill schedule gaps Review daily schedules and identify next steps for patient follow-up Support patient retention and contribute to a positive, team-based office culture Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual (English & Spanish) â required Minimum 2+ years of Dental phone and/or in-person sales or customer-facing experience Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and treatment coordination Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, fees, and payment options Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Bonus opportunities tied to performance and patient care goals Friendly, supportive team environment Modern practice with growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 â 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance On-the-job training Paid training Experience: Dental receptionist: 2 years (Required) Language: Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
