We are looking for a motivated Dental Front Office Administrator to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our busy dental practice. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): As the first point of contact for our patients, your duties will be essential to the smooth operation of our office: Patient Communications: Expertly answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude, utilizing bilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations. Appointment Management: Skillfully schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments , optimizing the doctor's and hygienists' schedules. Insurance Verification: Diligently verify patient insurance benefits prior to appointments to ensure accurate coverage and patient preparedness. Treatment Coordination: Confidently review and explain complex treatment plans and associated costs with patients, answering their questions and facilitating acceptance. Financial Management: Accurately collect patient payments . Maintain accurate and organized patient records (electronic and/or paper). Welcome patients and manage the check-in/check-out process. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): Minimum 1 year(s) of experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred. Proven knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes PPO is a must. Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
