Lead Dental Assistant – Join the Rebol Family Dentistry Team! Are you an experienced dental assistant who loves leading, mentoring, and keeping a practice running smoothly? We're a patient-centered, family-focused practice looking for a Lead Dental Assistant to support our doctors, guide our clinical team, and help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. What You'll Do As our Lead Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in both clinical excellence and team leadership , including: Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures with confidence and efficiency Lead by example in four-handed dentistry, patient care, and professionalism Train, mentor, and support dental assistants and externs Coordinate daily clinical flow, room setup, and assistant assignments Ensure infection control, sterilization, and OSHA/CDC compliance Monitor and manage dental supplies, inventory, and equipment needs Help educate patients on procedures and treatment plans Serve as a trusted resource for clinical questions and problem-solving What We’re Looking For Experience as a dental assistant, with leadership or senior-level responsibilities preferred Strong clinical skills and attention to detail A positive, team-first attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to stay organized, proactive, and calm in a busy environment Passion for patient care and supporting a welcoming office culture Why Rebol Family Dentistry?
