What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive hygiene care: prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing. Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment plans. Take vital signs, X-rays, apply sealants/fluoride, and assist with treatment coordination. Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation. Collaborate with doctors and teammates to deliver excellent patient experiences. What We’re Looking For: Current North Carolina Dental Hygienist license (or pending— new grads encouraged to apply! ) Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. A true team player who values collaboration. Reliable and ready to start the day by 7:45 AM. Dependable, flexible, and detail-oriented. Key Competencies: Patient assessments (medical history, charting, perio charting). Preventive and routine hygiene procedures. Treatment plan documentation and explanation. Patient education (oral home care, prevention, diet). Instrument sterilization and compliance with safety protocols.
