Permanent Dental Assistant Job in North Miami, FL
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish , patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will play a key role in delivering excellent patient care while supporting the dentist during procedures and helping maintain smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Assist dentist during procedures, including restorative and crown & bridge cases Take intraoral scans (experience required) Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take and process dental X-rays (if certified) Assist with patient education and post-op instructions Maintain accurate patient records Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards Provide excellent customer service and help Spanish-speaking patients feel comfortable Support front/back office as needed Requirements Must speak Spanish and English fluently Experience with: Temporary crowns and bridges Intraoral scanning Dental assisting experience required Must be able to work every other Saturday X-ray certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional, dependable, and positive attitude We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Friendly, supportive work environment Opportunity for growth Consistent schedule Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 â 40 per week Work Location: In person
