We are currently seeking a Part-Time Dental Hygienist (2 days a week) who wants to play a key role in the continued growth and success of our practice. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a quality-oriented, reliable, friendly, and energetic individual with: Excellent chairside manner Strong communication and interpersonal skills A team-oriented mindset A consistent, dedicated, and hard-working attitude A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating the best possible patient experience Responsibilities Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care Ensure patient comfort throughout treatment Educate patients on dental procedures and oral health Listen attentively to patients’ needs and concerns Maintain accurate clinical documentation Adhere to all OSHA, HIPAA, and safety policies and procedures Qualifications New graduates are welcome to apply Current radiography certification required Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training as required by law Experience in a professional environment with direct patient contact preferred Current CPR certification preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Technology We Use Digital/paperless software (Dentrix Ascend) Clear aligner therapy Digital X-rays Digital Scanner Same-day crowns (Glidewell Mill) Compensation & Benefits Compensation based on experience Scrub allowance CE courses 401(k) Monthly Bonus If you are passionate about dentistry, thrive in a team-centered environment, and are ready to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives, we would love to hear from you!
