Dr Earwood has built a close-knit team that values relationships with our patients and with each other. We're seeking an experienced, warm and dependable hygienist to join our dental family. We are open to part-time schedules for the right match. Patient care hours for this position are 7:30am -2:30pm. Benefits include 2 weeks payed PTO your first year of full time employment. Duties Conduct thorough dental cleanings, root planing and periodic maintenance for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients. Perform thorough and accurate charting, peiodontal assessments and documentation in patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and post-treatment care in a friendly, approachable manner Take 3D digital scans, xrays and intra-oral images as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning Collaborate closely with our denitsts and team to ensure seamless, high quality care Stay updated on dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and advancements in general dentistry practices. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members while providing compassionate care. Requirements Proven experience in a dental office or clinic setting, Dentrix experience is preferred.
