The Dentistry We Practice If you are tired of high-volume dentistry that rushes through care and misses the details, this is not that practice. We spend 1.5 hours on new patient exams. We take comprehensive diagnostic photographs on every patient. We routinely take face-bow and centric relation records. We mount cases on articulators. We frequently use a rubber dam. We use a dental microscope. We restore implants, perform esthetic procedures (veneers, inlays, onlays), and complete comprehensive restorative cases. When it comes to dental materials, cost is NEVER a deciding factor. We select materials based strictly on long-term clinical evidence and performance. No compromises. About the Position We are seeking a highly motivated Chairside Dental Assistant who: Values precision and attention to detail Takes pride in doing things the right way Wants to grow clinically and intellectually Is excited to be part of an educational mission Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting in advanced restorative and implant procedures Rubber dam isolation and high-level operative support Clinical photography setup and assistance Instrument organization and procedural preparation Assisting Dr. Stevenson during in-house CE courses Supporting hands-on training programs throughout the year During courses, you will assist with all aspects of the educational experience.
