Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled coronal polishing Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting the dentist during procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. Duties Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including pediatrics and other treatments. Coronal Polishing Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. Take X-rays, to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate medical records and patient information within dental systems Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting patients. Monitor and record vital signs of patients prior to procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Ensure the dental clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for all patients. Requirements Must be able to work with patients of all ages (from pediatrics to geriatrics). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing medical records. Ability to take vital signs accurately and communicate effectively with patients. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive relationship with patients and team members. Must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
