The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and committed to educating patients while delivering thorough, compassionate treatment. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments Take and review digital radiographs Document clinical findings accurately and maintain detailed patient charts Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontal disease Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants as needed Collaborate with the dentist to support diagnosis and treatment planning Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment Qualifications Active Florida Dental Hygienist license in good standing CPR certification Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive care Familiarity with digital charting and practice management software (Open Dental preferred, but willing to train) Excellent communication and patient education skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Team-focused with a positive attitude If you are looking for a long-term opportunity where your clinical skills are respected, your production is rewarded, and your work-life balance truly matters, we encourage you to apply.
