Position Overview We're seeking a motivated, skilled general dentist for part-time work- 2 days per week, 7-hour days. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking excellent work-life balance while building strong earnings in an expanding practice. No weekends required. Compensation & Benefits Hybrid pay structure : $850 daily guarantee (paid if higher than percentage) + 32% of adjusted collections (upside potential for productive days). Realistic annual earnings: $120,000 – $160,000 (or more with strong production; scales with your output and our growing patient base). 4% 401(k) match . Prorated malpractice insurance coverage (added to our policy). No lab fee responsibility. Transparent collections tracking and monthly payouts. (No formal CE stipend or health benefits for part-time, but the flexible schedule and growth potential make this a great fit.) Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility). Current CPR certification. Strong clinical skills in general dentistry (restorative, crowns, endo, extractions, etc.).
