Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Carpe Diem Dental Spa (Solon, OH) Carpe Diem Dental Spa is hiring a Part-Time Dental Hygienist who delivers high-level clinical care with calm, confident patient communication. This is a quality-first hygiene position in a modern practice. Location: Carpe Diem Dental Spa — Solon, Ohio Schedule: Part-time • Wednesday and Friday • 9:00 am–5:00pm Pay: based on experience What You’ll Do Provide exceptional preventive care: prophy, perio maintenance, fluoride, sealants (as applicable) Complete thorough periodontal assessments: probing, charting, risk factors, documentation Take and interpret digital X-rays and intraoral photos as needed Educate patients clearly and confidently (home care, perio, systemic links, prevention) Support perio therapy and treatment planning coordination (SRP, referrals, re-care intervals) Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation (HIPAA/OSHA compliant) Keep rooms clean, turned over, and on time—without cutting corners What Success Looks Like Patients reappoint consistently Perio is identified and documented You run on time and keep the schedule flowing Patients feel cared for, not rushed—and they trust your recommendations Clean clinical standards: sterilization/OSHA protocols followed every time Required Qualifications Active Ohio RDH license Current CPR/BLS Strong skills in perio assessment, patient communication, and clinical documentation Comfortable with digital workflows (digital X-rays, charting, software) Professional, calm chairside manner—especially with anxious patients Preferred (Strong Advantage) Local anesthesia certification (preffered) SRP experience and confidence discussing perio therapy Experience with high-end / relationship-based patient care Familiarity with Dentrix and digital imaging systems Job Type: Part-time Work Location: In person
