What You’ll Do Primary (Hygiene) Deliver excellent preventive care and periodontal therapy as appropriate Educate patients with clarity, empathy, and confidence Chart and document thoroughly and accurately Maintain infection control standards and clinical best practices Team Support (When Hygiene Schedule Allows) Make patient calls (recall, confirmations, follow-ups) Help the team keep the day running smoothly during downtime Support the dentist and clinical team Learn new systems/technology and contribute ideas to improve patient experience Hygiene care remains the primary focus of this role; support duties are to help the team when gaps arise.
