Our office treats patients ages 12 and up, and we work exclusively with PPO and Medicare plans (no Medicaid). What We're Looking For: We’re seeking a part-time skilled bilingual (English & Spanish) Registered Dental Hygienist who thrives in a small, tight-knit team. If you're passionate about educating patients, delivering exceptional care, and being a part of a supportive and hardworking crew, we think you'll love it here. This position has the potential for growth into full-time in the future, but part-time is our current need. Key Responsibilities: Provide gentle and thorough dental cleanings (prophy, periodontal maintenance, SRP, FMS, etc.) Accurately document conditions such as gingivitis and periodontitis, including clinical notes and perio charting Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Take high-quality dental X-rays Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols Monitor and restock hygiene supplies Help with scheduling recall appointments when needed Travel/cover as a hygienist at our other office location in Margate when needed What You Bring to the Team: A current, valid license to practice dental hygiene A warm, friendly, and compassionate personality Strong attention to detail and a passion for patient education Basic understanding of dental insurance (we're happy to provide additional training) Bilingual in English and Spanish (a must for our patient community) Compensation & Perks: Competitive hourly & commission based pay Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Paid sick leave Bonus opportunities based on production A positive, team-focused environment that values your growth and well-being In House Dental care and discounts for friends & family If you're ready to be part of a practice where your work is appreciated and your patients are truly valued, we’d love to hear from you.
