Job Title: Dental Hygienist Randal S Elloway DDS, Inc Need a hygienist 2-3 days per week. 8 hours a day, 8 patients a day If you see extra, an extra $65 per patient. Pay $60- 65 per hour Great benefits Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral health and providing exceptional patient care. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting good dental hygiene practices and assisting in various dental procedures. Responsibilities: - Perform thorough cleanings and oral exams on patients - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques - Assist the dentist during procedures such as fillings and root canals - Take and develop dental x-rays - Maintain accurate patient records - Implement infection control protocols following HIPAA guidelines - Patient charting and scheduling - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient clinic systems - Conduct patient assessments and screenings - Provide support in pediatric dentistry procedures Requirements: - Proven experience working in a dental clinic setting - Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques - Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control measures - Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy - Strong communication skills and the ability to educate patients effectively - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career as a Dental Hygienist.
