Job Summary We are revamping our hygiene department and introducing a new hygiene program into our office. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, patient care driven Hygienist to help take care of our hygiene department and get patients scheduled in! Ideal Candidates must have 1 year as a hygienist, proficient skills using the internet and computer, and possess a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and experienced in Dentrix and Dexis. We are looking for an individual who is a hard worker, able to work independently with little to no direction, has excellent customer service skills and can take care of our patients for their hygiene appointments. Responsibilities and Duties Providing all aspects of dental hygiene care for our patients Must know Dentrix Must have high success rate of building confidence with our patients Be able to implement an STM and perio program Help doctor identify problem areas during hygiene exams proficient in taking intraoral photos Able to educate and relate to our patients Spanish speaking a plus!
